The independent, non-profit Swiss Verein established to govern the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS) with absolute neutrality, institutional credibility, and global interoperability.
Our Mission
To ensure the long-term neutrality, scientific rigor, and global interoperability of the Prop Trust Verified Standard (PTVS). We provide a vendor-neutral governance framework that bridges the "Physical Oracle Gap" in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, ensuring that every digitized asset is backed by deterministic, judicially valid, and cryptographically immutable physical verification.
Our Vision
A global financial ecosystem where trust in tokenized markets is absolute. We envision a future where institutional investors, regulators, and custodians can interact with RWA markets with the same confidence they have in traditional, heavily audited financial systems, powered by a standardized, open, and independently governed physical verification layer.
From Research to Institutional Governance
The PropTrust Association was born from the groundbreaking research of the Forensics Oracle Initiative (PFOI). Recognizing that a global standard cannot be governed by a single commercial entity, the founders initiated the transition of PTVS stewardship to an independent, non-profit structure.
Currently in its pre-constitution phase, the Association is being formally established in Zug, Switzerland, under Articles 60–79 of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). This jurisdiction was chosen for its unparalleled legacy of neutrality, financial stability, and progressive digital asset legislation (DLT Act).
By separating the governance of the standard (Association) from the commercial execution of audits and software (Aurema Group LLC), we guarantee that the PTVS remains a public-good infrastructure, immune to vendor lock-in or commercial bias.
A Clear Separation of Powers
The strength of PTVS lies in its multi-entity architecture, ensuring that no single organization controls the entire value chain.
PropTrust Association
Governance. The non-profit Swiss Verein responsible for standard stewardship, PTCE certification oversight, and the Open Review process.
Forensics Oracle Initiative
Research. The independent scientific body that develops the methodology, publishes DOIs, and manages regulatory submissions (ESMA, EBA, ECB).
Aurema Group LLC
Commercial Execution. The Delaware-based IP holder and commercial entity that licenses the standard, develops the SDK, and operates the audit network.
