The real-world asset (Real Estate, Maritime, Infrastructure) undergoes rigorous on-site forensic inspection, structural pathology detection, and legal title verification.
The inspection is evaluated against the deterministic methodology of the Prop Trust Verified Standard, generating a standardized risk score (0-100) and compliance checklist.
The finalized forensic report is hashed (SHA-256), timestamped (RFC 3161), and signed with an eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Signature, creating an immutable evidence package.
The cryptographic hash is injected into the blockchain via the PTVSClaimInjector smart contract, binding the physical verification to the asset’s ONCHAINID (ERC-3643).
The tokenization platform reads the PTVS Claim. Automated circuit breakers can freeze yield or block transfers if the physical integrity grade drops below institutional thresholds.
Investors, Custodians, and Regulators interact with the tokenized asset with absolute confidence, backed by a verifiable chain of custody from the physical world to the ledger.
