Public & Supervisory Advisory Committee (PSAC)

Fostering global regulatory alignment, supervisory confidence, and systemic stability in the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWA).

The Mandate

The PropTrust Association is an independent, non-profit Swiss Verein dedicated to governing the global standard for physical integrity and forensic auditing in RWA tokenization (PTVS v1.0). Recognizing that technology alone cannot replace sovereign oversight, the Association has established the Public & Supervisory Advisory Committee (PSAC).

The PSAC serves as a neutral, non-commercial forum where Competent Authorities (NCAs), central banks, and international standard-setting bodies can directly oversee, calibrate, and align the technical parameters of the PTVS framework with their respective regulatory mandates (e.g., MiCA Art. 36/46, BCBS SCO60).

Pillars of Supervisory Collaboration

🛡️ Regulatory Safe Harbor

The PTVS framework provides Competent Authorities with a deterministic, cryptographically anchored audit trail (eIDAS 2.0 QES). By overseeing this standard, supervisors enhance their defensive posture against systemic collateral failures and demonstrate proactive due diligence.

⚖️ Technical Parameter Calibration

PSAC members hold a privileged advisory role in reviewing and calibrating the risk thresholds of the APRIS (Actuarial Parametric Resolution & Insurance System) module, ensuring that automated circuit breakers align with national and supranational risk appetites.

🌍 Preventing Regulatory Fragmentation

The Association is actively engaged in technical dialogues with global hubs (including the Monetary Authority of Singapore and INATBA). The PSAC ensures that European and global authorities lead the harmonization of physical oracle standards, preventing asymmetric regulatory arbitrage.

A Commitment to Sovereign Oversight

The PSAC is strictly advisory and non-commercial. Its members do not participate in the commercial governance of Aurema Group L.L.C. or any licensed entity. This structural separation guarantees that the committee’s sole focus remains the preservation of market integrity, investor protection, and the seamless integration of forensic truth into digital financial infrastructure.

Join the Dialogue

Competent Authorities and recognized supervisory bodies are invited to request a confidential introductory briefing to discuss the PSAC charter, governance model, and the upcoming v1.1 technical roadmap.
