Review of eIDAS 2.0 Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), legal encumbrance validation, and cross-border enforceability.
🔬 Scientific & Forensic
Peer analysis of non-destructive testing (NDT) methodologies, structural pathology protocols, and physical integrity reporting.
⚓ Maritime & Naval Survey
Assessment of vertical extensions for recreational vessels, superyachts, and commercial fleet physical verification.
⛓️ Smart Contract & Oracle
Audit of ERC-3643 permissioned logic, SHA-256 cryptographic lineage, ONCHAINID credentials, and circuit breaker mechanics.

Submit Observations or Apply as Founding Reviewer
Contributions will be evaluated by the PTVS Technical Board. Approved technical feedback will be transparently recorded in the public amendment log, strengthening the standard for all.
